Hello to HandyDart dispatchers,While most of the times consideration has been given to my Husband's needs as a care patient in SPH, I am not pleased when it takes up to two hours to get him back after a strenuous workout at Neuromotion.Please ensure that he gets back for his held over lunch between 1 and 1:30 at the latest...not almost two ...The drivers are always polite and caring on the HandyDart rides. it is a fantastic service. Just the scheduling needs some rethinking at times.Thank you.

I took the number 8 yesterday at 2:30pm. There was an elderly man who was passed out on the bus. The bus driver stops the bus and walks into the direction of that elderly man. The bus driver kicks the feet of that elderly man to wake him up and rudely says this is your stop get off the bus. The bus driver had no right to touch that man. The man also fell after exiting the bus with his heavy bags of groceries. Everyone saw how the elderly man was treated and that he fell. I will be posting this publicly as a review. This treatment of an elderly man is unacceptable.

Regina Transit Information Centre
A bus was supposed to come at stop 1558 at 3:18 Pm today it didn’t showed up we pay the prices for regina trasit to travel or for them to not to show up the bus resumed its route from a different loaction 20 minutes later The bus was 2201 . I was on time there but the bus didn’t show up later i called the number that show on the board at the stop they put me at hold that was okay later she said that there is nothing that they can do so wasted 15 minutes over the phone to get that answer , In other cities they have special cabs for the people if the buses are late or for technical issue with bus but here they say nothing about it and do nothing about it
